Caravelle Sea Hunter 666ft. Diver c.1974

$0.00

If you're into classic vintage watches, particularly those offered by the American brands, I don't need to tell you much about the "Devil Diver" 666ft. depth rated watches of the 1960's and 1970's. While Bulova was probably best known for these dive watches, their sub-brand made quite a few themselves that have turned out to be collectible models in their own right.

No date. No numerals. Baton hands with orange pylon sweep seconds.

The contrast this watch affords is matched by few in its price range. This particular watch has a nice dial paired with an excellently preserved bezel insert (most are quite scratched up if not completely worn and faded), you simply won't go wrong with this collector's piece.

This excellent example comes on a genuine vintage Tropic brand vulcanized rubber diver band, which makes the perfect period-appropriate combination.

[All vintage watches are expected to function as described. However, due to age and generally unknown service history (unless otherwise stated), these watches may not keep time as accurately as new or quartz (battery) watches. This is completely normal and does not indicate that there is a major problem. Like your automobile, all mechanical watches will likely need to be serviced at some point in time. Please keep this in mind, as there is no guarantee regarding when these vintage watches may need standard maintenance. Every watch sold by Buying On Time is done so with the expectation that it is not currently in need of service or repair, unless noted. We guarantee that all watches sold are accurately described and in the stated condition when they leave our hands.]
